Table 2.

Quantitative real-time PCR test results for a Gallus gallus domesticus gDNA dilution series over five orders of magnitude (104–100) for the amplification of cytoplasmic beta-actin (actb), beta-2 microglobulin (β2m), glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (gapdh), and tata-binding protein (tbp) protein-encoding gene fragments. Mean and standard deviation are provided for the coefficient of determination, slope, amplification factor and efficiency of three replicate reactions targeting the four loci.
