RT-PCR analysis of wild type Ron minigene and SRSF2 mutant construct with RNAs from non-treated, pcDNA overexpressed and SRSF2 overexpressed MDA MB 231 cells are shown. (B) 5’ biotinylated RNA sequences of wild type (WT) and mutant (Mut-SRSF2) are shown. Following incubation of biotinylated RNA with his-SRSF2 protein, we separated SRSF2-RNA complex from free RNA using native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The biotin-labeled RNA was detected using streptavidin-HRP conjugates.
