Table 1. Experimental design of OX513A chlortetracycline ingestion.

Parental crosses of OX513A homozygotes were crossed to wild type (WT). These adults were provided with blood and sugar water supplemented with chlortetracycline (TC) at three concentrations; 0 μg mL-1, 50 μg mL-1 or 100 μg mL-1. Progeny were reared in cohorts of 200 individuals in the presence or absence of chlortetracycline.
