C, SE analysis indicates a dimer-tetramer equilibrium of SMN·Gemin2 heterodimers, with Kd = 1.0 ± 0.9 μm. The Kd was determined from a global fit of three concentrations and three rotor speeds (Table 3). One concentration is shown here.
