Data were included from the 14 states that conducted the optional binge drinking module: Alaska, California, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. All analyses were restricted to include only binge drinkers.
