Huh7 liver cancer cells were subcutaneously inoculated into female BALB/c nude mice at 5 × 106 cells per mouse to tumor xenografts. When tumor volume reached 80–120 mm3, the mice were divided into three groups (n = 8) randomly and infected with 2 × 108 pfu ZD55, GD55, or PBS every other day for repeated three times. The tumor volumes were monitored by periodic measurement. Tumor volume (V) was calculated according the formula: V (mm3) = length (mm) × width (mm)2/2.
