(c) Registration using DRAMMS between NUS atlas T2 image and Mori atlas T2 image. (d) Cortical ROIs from NUS atlas transferred onto the Mori atlas while the subcortical ROIs from Mori atlas are retained and WM ROIs are removed. A total of 42 ROIs were used in creating the network.
