Early synchronous divisions of histoblast nests in Esg-GAL4>UAS-nuclear GFP controls. GFP was used to track anterior and posterior dorsal histoblast nests during the early division phase. Animals were collected for imaging at 0 hr APF, the white pre-pupal stage. ADHN: Anterior dorsal histoblast nest. PDHN: posterior dorsal histoblast nest.
