^aTested strains are the wild-type (WT) strain, the ads-4-knockout strain (Δads-4), the ads-4-complemented strain (Δads-4::ads-4), and the ads-4 overexpression strain (ads-4^OE). Radii of colonies were measured after 24 h of inoculation for nontreated plates and 48 h for drug-treated plates, and growth rates of strains were calculated by the equation colony radius (mm)/incubation time (h). The means of the relative inhibition rates for each fungicide were calculated with the following equation: (growth rate on plates without fungicide − growth rate on plates with fungicide)/growth rate on plates without fungicide. Differences between the mutants and the WT strain were statistically analyzed with the Waller-Duncan test.
