Jurkat cells were treated with DMSO (Control) or compound 1 (10 μM), 2 (20 μM), or 3 (10 μM) for 24 h, in the absence or in the presence of 50 μM z-VAD-fmk. Cell death was analyzed by annexin V-FITC binding and flow cytometry. Results are mean ± SD of two independent experiments.
