SPR screening results. NM23-H2 proteins were immobilized in flow cells. For the screening experiment, the ligands were diluted with running buffer to 10 μM. The ligand was flowed for 180 s during the association phase, and followed by a 300 s disassociation phase. This figure showed the histogram of relative SPR response (% RU theoretical max) for all screened compounds that flowed through immobilized NM23-H2; the top performer was SYSU-ID-01 (compound ID as 101). The structures and numbers of screened compounds were listed in (B).
