Cellular lysates and exosomal fractions contained different levels of component proteins. Cellular lysates and exosomal fractions were western blotted with (A) Anti-MAPK, (B) Anti-Cox4, (C) anti-Actin, (D) anti-ITGB1 and (E) anti-TSG101 antibodies. The cellular lysate fraction contained high levels of MAPK, COX4, ITGB1, and actin and an undetectable level of TSG101.
