Embryos were treated at 24 hpf, and dorsal (top panel) and lateral (bottom panel) views of embryos were acquired at 2 dpf. DAPT is a previously reported GSI that caused curved tail at 50 µM but not 10 µM (A), compared to control embryos treated with 0.1% DMSO that show a wild-type phenotype (B). Three concentrations of GSI A (C) and GSI 18 (D) were used to treat zebrafish embryos at 24 hpf.
