(B to D) DSP cross-linked whole-cell extracts from untransfected HEK293 cells (293) or HEK293 cells stably expressing XPG-GFP-V5 were immunoprecipitated using anti-GFP antibody (B), anti-V5 antibody (C), and preimmune serum (ctrl) or anti-Spt5 serum (D). Immunoprecipitated materials and 0.5% of the cross-linked samples taken prior to immunoprecipitation (input) were analyzed by immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies.
