ChIP was performed using a two-step cross-linking protocol with soluble chromatin from HeLa cells and immunoprecipitated with the indicated antibodies. Real-time PCR was performed using primers amplifying a control intergenic region (i), a region upstream of FOS (u), and the four regions of the EEF1A1 gene (d to g).
