PpPDI1 expression of P. parasitica during different developmental and infection stages. Real-time RT-PCR was used to examine PpPDI1 expression levels from vegetative hyphae (VH), sporulating hyphae (SH), cysts (CY), germinating cysts (GC), and infected stages at 36 and 60 hpi.
