Effects of crude extract and solvent fractions of R. anthopogonoides on cell viability in hypoxia-injuried PC12 cell. PC12 cells are pre-incubated with EEF or BuF (50–200 μg/ml) for 1 h prior to hypoxia for 24 h. After the treatment, cell viability is determined by MTT analysis.
