Standard curve prepared for the quantitation of MSRV. Plasmids contained MSRV env gene fragment (pSC-B-MSRV) that had been quantitatively adjusted were used for sevenfold serial dilutions from 1 × 10 e⁹ copies/reaction to 1 × 10 e³ copies/reaction; from these, the standard curves were generated. A strong inverse correlation between the logarithmic concentration of samples and CT values was obtained, and linearity was confirmed within a whole range of standard concentrations.
