The use of PNA-mediated, Real-Time PCR for the quantitation of MSRV mRNA copy number in human monocytes after (LPS)-induced activation. The calculated MSRV mRNA copy number did not change in the QPCR quantitation method that utilised PNA regardless the stimulation by LPS or not.
