Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of the relative expression levels of microRNA-124 (miR-124) and microRNA-21 (miR-21) after spinal cord injury.

The expression of miR-124 was significantly decreased within the first 7 days after spinal cord injury. In comparison, the expression of miR-21 was significantly increased after spinal cord injury.
