Top N feature subsets. This figure shows how the classification models perform as the number of features available to the models increases. Features are added according to their performance ranking using reliefF (top row), logistic regression (middle row), and random forests (bottom row). The model performance is measured using the area under the ROC (AUC). As can be seen, the top five features are often sufficient to obtain high classification accuracy
