GC-MS analyses of the T34-5.27-tri4.1 and T34-5.27-tri4.3 transformants were very similar to that of T34-5.27-tri4.2. Note that additional compounds, i.e., harzianolide (arrow) and apotrichothecenes and sambucinol (bracket), were also detected.
