The NA inhibition rate of pathogen development is expressed as the ratio (%) of wood chips that allowed development of the pathogen, in the case of canes treated with NA, versus the number of chips that allowed growth of the pathogen in infected, but non-NA-treated segments. Values within a column with the same letter are not significantly different (P = 0.05).
