Up-regulation of NR1 phosphorylation in the L1 and S1 spinal cord during colitis. At 3 and 7 days post-TNBS treatment, the level of p-NR1 was examined by western blot (a, c) in the L1 (a, b) and S1 (c, d) spinal cord using a specific antibody against NR1 Ser896.
