There was no significant relationship between pre-and post-preservation Bd loads on individual swabs for either the MN (R² = 0.0006; R² (adj.) = -0.026; p = 0.879) or the PM (R² = 0.003; R² (adj.) = -0.046; p = 0.798) extracted specimen swabs.
