BAECs were pretreated with or without PP1 (10 μM) for 2 h (a,c,e,g) or transfected with K298M for 48 h (b,d,f,h), then incubated with simvastatin (10 μM) for 15 min (a,b,eg) or 30 min (c,d). Cellular lysates were IP with anti-sEH Ab and then IB with Ab for anti-sEH, (a,b) anti-Tyr phosphorylation, (c,d) eNOS, (e,f) Akt or (g,h) AMPK.
