I have a little bit more stamina too.
[This program] helped me not just lay around when I was hurting. It helped me get up and do something even when I am hurting.
Usually I’d be stuck inside the house and I didn’t feel like going out and doing stuff…I’m hanging out with more friends…exercising and taking walks.
[Going up] stairs are easier… [and] doing chores like vacuuming.
It did improve my activity, like my physical activity a lot, but I want to do more. I want to be more physical and everything.

Before the study I couldn’t go a whole day without taking a nap and now I go almost every day.
I would have to take naps, like long naps [2 hours] but I haven’t been taking as many naps and if I do they are shorter maybe 15 to 45 minutes.
I sleep better, probably because I don’t take naps during the day. I am very tired at night.
I fall asleep faster and I don’t stay up as long.
I have so much energy…I just really forgot what it feels like to feel ok.
I honestly never thought I would say that I don’t sleep throughout the day anymore.
Before this I didn’t have energy to do anything…the exercises gave me a lot of energy.

I’m going to plan on making a schedule and one day…walk for 25 minutes and the other day doing tennis.
