Species names are indicated below the chromosomes. Species Oecomys sp., Euryoryzomys russatus and Hylaeamys megacephalus are outgroup sensu Percequilo et al. [7] and Avaria-Llautureo et al. [39], and their chromosomes did not present any painted region after HBR Y and HBR Bs paint probes hybridizations. See details of painted segments in Table 1.
