On the endocardium, there is no abnormal low voltage area and the VT exhibits a focal activation pattern (C-1). However, a low voltage area is seen in the anterior region on the epicardium and the VT shows a macroreentry. An RF application targeting diastolic potentials (B: arrow) inside the low voltage area terminated the VT.
