HANSe inhibits tumor metastasis and protects cardiac tissue from malignant infiltration. a) Representative liver image with visible metastatic tumor from mice in control group. Green arrows indicate the metastatic osteosarcomas. b) Hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining shows lung metastasis of the tumor in control group, as highlighted by blue arrows. The deep-dyed big nuclei reveal that the tumor cells are in a typical mitotic phase. c) H&E staining for liver tissue slides in control group demonstrates the hepatocytes necrosis (white arrows) and monocytes infiltration. d) The presence of giant cells and lymphocytes (red arrows) visualized by H&E staining reveals that an inflammation reaction in bone marrow is induced in control group.
