(B)Recombinant ROP16-GST was reacted with His-p53 in vitro. Phosphorylation resulting from ROP16-GST catalyzed His-p53 as the substrate was detected with anti-p53 pS15 and anti-p53 pS37 antibodies (p<0.05).
