Disabling Nmp4 enhances PTH restorative therapy in the distal femur of ovx Nmp4^−/− mice. Statistical differences were determined using a two-way ANOVA, and significance was set at P ≤ .05. The Tukey's honest significant difference post hoc test was used to determine differences between the treatment groups. There were genotype, treatment and genotype × treatment interaction at both time points. There was no difference between the vehicle-treated WT and Nmp4^−/− mice.
