Procedure types were categorized as simple (palpation guided) or as complex (image guided). Simple procedures have shorter setup times and require fewer resources than complex procedures. Variable definitions are provided in Appendix (S1 Text).Each cell shows the base value and the range used for sensitivity analysis. Cells that span both columns indicate values that are the same for both types of procedures. Please refer to the Methods and Glossary (S2 Text) for a more detailed description of procedure types.
