Our Savior’s Shelter (OSS) OSS offers faith-based activities and other services. People Serving People (PSP) PSP is a short-term transitional housing center that is geared to helping families find housing. The program’s stated goal is to help children by giving them direct care or by assisting their parents to gain the skills that will keep their families off the streets. The program serves women and children. About 60 % of those PSP serves are under 18 years of age, and 32 % of the total population is under age 5 years. Three meals daily 39 1,286/2013
