Cytotoxicity of TiO2NPs. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay (A) and AlamarBlue® assay (B) after 24 h, 48 h, and seven days of exposure to TiO2NPs (1.5 × 10−7–1.0 × 10−3 M equal to 0.007–50 μg/cm2) on HaCaT cells. Data are reported as % of untreated controls (equal to 100% cell viability) and are the mean ± SE of four independent experiments performed in triplicate.
