ARO and WRO cells were treated with VPA at indicated doses for 48 hours and subjected to Western blot analysis with specific antibody as indicated. HSP90 protein levels remain unchanged; however, HSP90 client protein levels were diminished. B. In ARO and WRO cells inhibition of RET signaling was achieved. C.
