Overexpression of Hiwi promotes the growth of HT-29 or Caco-2 cells. (a) and (b): significantly promoted growth of Caco-2 cells (a) or HT-29 cells (b), which were infected with 1 MOI Ad-Hiwi, with 1 MOI Ad-RFP infection as control. The growth of Caco-2 or HT-29 cells which were infected with Ad-Hiwi or with Ad-RFP was evaluated by CCK-8 assay.
