Alignment to the canonical sequence, the translated protein sequence of the ORF, and chromatographs are shown; exons are displayed in upper case and introns in lower case. 10 TA clones were analyzed and only the two displayed sequences were observed (7 analogue sensitive and 3 frame-shifted).
