Pure ovine COX enzymes were treated with SUL or NOSH-SUL at their respective IC₅₀s for cell growth inhibition in HT-29 colon cancer cell line for 15 min at 4 °C after which o-COX-1 and o-COX-2 enzyme activity were determined. Results are mean±range of two independent studies performed in duplicate.
