Ad35K++ impairs induction of CD25 while Ad35K− promotes co-stimulation. Naive CD4+ T cells were left unstimulated (US) or were activated by immobilized anti-CD3 or anti-CD3/anti-CD46 for 2 or 5 days in the presence or absence of Ad35K++ or Ad35K− (500 ng/ml). Expression of CD46 (using the anti-CD46-phycoerythrin clone), CD69 and CD25 was assessed. Dotted lines represent isotype controls.
