MLG labeling (A) is shown in a range of tissues and species including Lolium SCC (Lm), barley (Hv) coleoptiles, and root and maize (Zm) coleoptiles. MLG labeling is almost exclusively over the cell wall. Distribution of CSLF6 (B) and CSLH1b (C) antibody labeling in 2-, 4-, and 6-d-old barley coleoptiles. For CSLF6, labeling is found at the PM, whereas there is no binding to PM above background levels for CSLH1.
