Comparison of ta-TRIMs and lennie elements. Logos were created from sequence alignments of ta-TRIMs or lennie elements with WebLogo 3.4 (Crooks et al. 2004). In addition to PR, RT, RH, and IN domains, there is an upstream ORF in lennie that could code for Gag but does not show similarity to any sequences outside flatworms (data not shown).
