Fig 5 — Genomic DNA from Her2^+/+, Her2^+/- and Her2^-/- mice was extracted when mice were sacrificed and PCR amplified to determine the presence of the Her2 transgene and Pds5b gene. The amplified DNA was analysed on a 1% agarose gel. (A) The presence of one Her2 band (194bp) signified Her2^+/+ (Tg/Tg), while (B) the presence of both the Her2 band and Pds5b band (202bp) signified Her2^+/- (Tg/WT) and (C) the presence of one Pds5b band signified Her2^-/- (WT/WT) genotypes.
