Preoperative (A) and postoperative (B) lateral views of a 58-year-old white woman who had a retrusive and vertical deficient chin as well as a deep labiomental crease and disharmony of the upper and lower lips. She received autologous fat grafting to the lower lip, labiomental groove, parasymphyseal region, and mentalis (left, 8 cm³; right, 14 cm³). Note the overall improvement in contour, which would not have been achievable by genioplasty or prosthetic augmentation alone.
