The four left lanes were from normal skin tissues, and the four right lanes were from keloid tissues; (B) chymase and ACE in keloids tissue were expressed at higher levels than in normal skin (P<0.05); (C) activity of chymase in keloids was significantly increased (P<0.05). All values are mean ± SD. *P<0.05, **P<0.01 represent the chymase and ACE expression or activity in keloid tissues compared to that in normal tissues.
