Structure–activity relationship analysis of curcumin analogs on Nrf2 induction. Curcumin analogs (A, B, and C series) displayed different potencies in Nrf2 induction. The stable MDA-MB-231 cell line expressing ARE-luciferase was used for evaluating Nrf2 induction by curcumin analogs. Cells were treated with the indicated doses of curcumin analogs (μM) for 16 h before luciferase activities were measured. Results are expressed as mean±SD (n=3).
