Notes: The variance of intraocular pressure during the early postoperative period was significantly lower after EX-PRESS implant under scleral flap compared with trabeculectomy. Initial values are before any treatment, and final values are after laser suture lysis, removal of releasable sutures, or digital massage. Values of variance are mmHg2 (square of mmHg). P-values shown are for the Brown and Forsythe test of equal variance. (Asterisks [*] indicate statistically significant difference).
