A representative 2-DE gel image of proteins in mature spores from O. cinnamomea L. var. asiatica. Proteins were separated on 24 cm IPG strips (pH 4–7 linear gradient) using IEF in the first dimension, followed by 12.5% SDS-PAGE gels in the second dimension. The 2-DE gel was stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue. Molecular mass (MM) in kDa and pI of proteins are indicated on the left and top of the gel, respectively. A total of 113 differentially expressed proteins identified by ESI-Q-TOF MS were marked with numbers on the gel, and detailed information can be found in Supplemental Figs. S1 and S2, Table I, and Supplemental Table S2.
