Metabolites serial 1–17 were identified from the aliphatic region, 18–22 were from sugar regions, and 23–30 were from aromatic regions of 1D ¹H NMR spectra of both leaf and stem tissues. Unknown peaks (UP) – 01 were identified from the aliphatic region and UP – 02 were identified from the sugar region of the same spectral comparisons.
