Data shown are the mean ± SEM of two independent experiments, each with three mice per group. (B) Seven µm frozen spleen sections from WT and Cnr2tmZim mice were stained with anti-B220 (red) and anti-MARCO (green) to indicate B cell follicles (B220hi, arrowheads) and MZ macrophages (MARCO+, thick arrows) residing in the MZ compartment outside the white pulp.
